Returns & Refund Policy

At Inclusive Beaches Australia, we aim to provide high quality accessibility products and support for councils, tourism operators, surf clubs, organisations and individual customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Due to the nature of many of our products, including commercial, imported, made-to-order and hygiene-related items, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the conditions below.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns may be accepted on selected standard stocked items at our discretion.

Products must:

  • be unused and in original condition
  • be returned in original packaging
  • not have been installed, assembled or used outdoors
  • be returned within 30 days of delivery approval

Approved change of mind returns may be subject to:

  • return freight costs
  • original outbound freight costs
  • supplier restocking fees

Restocking fees may vary depending on the product and supplier requirements.

Custom ordered, imported, commercial project products and special-order items are generally non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Beach Access Matting & Commercial Products

Beach access matting and other large commercial accessibility products are generally supplied specifically for each project and may involve custom freight, production scheduling or special ordering.

For this reason, these products are generally unable to be returned once dispatched or installed unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order details
  • photographs of the issue
  • a description of the problem

We will work with you and the manufacturer or supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for products that are faulty, not as described or do not perform as required under applicable consumer laws.
